Training Path:
As a worker, you will become proficient in various processes within our production and quality control trajectory:
- Production Process: Learn how to mix colors according to our specific standards.
- Spraying Process: Train in spraying test panels with a paint spray gun.
- Quality Control Process: Evaluate test panels for color accuracy and quality to ensure they meet our high standards.
Future Prospects:
- Potential to take on order entry and other administrative tasks in the future.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English both spoken and written is a must. Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- No Color Blindness: Accurate color assessment is crucial for this position.
- Strong Work Ethic and Motivation: You have a proactive attitude and always give your best effort.
- Sense of Responsibility: You take ownership of your tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.

Employment Terms:
